Dry Fusion is the only carpet cleaning system that hot cleans, deodorises, stain protects then heat dries every type of carpet. It’s all in the same process, and because it is patented, nobody else can use this amazing system of cleaning. By taking all the best features of hot water extraction (hot solution, “Shot of Steam”), the best features of dry cleaning (low moisture, mechanical agitation) and combining them together with the patented hot cleaning pad system that constantly heats the fibres as they are being cleaned – you have some of the most outstanding results ever seen.
Two unique mechanisms work to keep Dry Fusion cleaned carpet virtually stain free to maintain that just cleaned look longer. A Fluorocarbon Resin (a Dupont Specialty) places an invisible protective shield over every fibre during the cleaning process. It helps prevent dry grit, dust as well as spills lodging within the carpet. Even walked in mud and oily spills have difficulty seeping in. Because the fibre is effectively “non stick” when you DRY FUSION clean, vacuuming removes more soil, plus the vacuum cleaner is easier to push.

Lots of natural materials such as ceramic, granite, terrazzo, slate, porcelain tile, concrete and bathtubs have natural voids in them. The larger the void, the more the surface of that material is slip resistant. This void makes a tread for you to walk on. Ceramic or glazed tile, as well as porcelain, are often coated to create a shiny finished look to a floor. These coatings fill in the natural void up to 70%. When the surface is wet, the water fills in the remaining 30% of the void and that is why a floor becomes slippery not allowing any space between the water and the bottom of your foot creating a hydroplane effect.
We select a test area of your floor and thoroughly clean the floor before applying our specialist treatment. Results of the treatments should be visible within a few minutes. Once we discover the success of the treatment and floor type we start to work in small areas of your floor.
The whole process is very simple and our methodical approach means we cause minimum disruption to you. We believe our slip resistant service is a long term solution to slippery floors, no expensive replacements and disruptive construction needed.
No. We use an odorless, non-toxic and environmentally safe solutions. It is actually much less offensive than ordinary household bleach. As with all chemicals they should be handled with care and kept out of the reach of children.
Our professional treatment microscopically treads the surface of ceramic tile, quarry tile, terrazzo, concrete and other natural stone surfaces to mitigate slippery conditions on wet floors. It increases the coefficient of the surface when wet.
For commercial locations we recommend we repeat the treatment once a year. We recommend once every three years for residential locations. Housekeeping maintenance is important. A dirty, wet surface will not afford maximum slip resistance and accident protection.
No. Our extensive research and testing has eliminated any harmful effects to tile and grout
No. Once we have completed the treatment you can return to your regular maintenance routine.

Large corporations like McDonald’s have been using this type of anti slip solution for over a decade, but it is arguably even more important for small businesses to protect themselves against litigation and court proceedings caused by an employee or client becoming injured on their premises. Even if you don’t own a business, our anti slip service can protect you and your family. We’ve all experienced slippery tiles in the bath or shower, and they can present a real danger when you’re climbing in and out these areas, regardless of your age. With our anti slip service, you no longer have to worry about slips and falls in the bathroom that could potentially result in serious injuries, and you don’t have to change the appearance of these hard surfaces at all.
Our treatment leaves an invisible “tread-like” pattern on ceramic tile and other mineral based materials, including quarry tile, marble, slate, stone and concrete. The treatment works to increase the slip coefficient (slip resistance) of the surface to which it is applied. The minimum standard of OSHA and ADA are .5 or better. We increase the slip coefficient to levels of .6 or better.
Underwriters Laboratory & American Society of Testing and Materials Coefficient Standards*

Generally all spills should be cleaned up as soon as possible to keep Marble flooring in the best condition. Marble is an alkali rock, which means it is particularly vulnerable to acidic spillages such as fruit juices and ketchup. If left untreated, these spills can discolour and damage the floor.
Any floor which has been taken to a shiny, reflective finish, will eventually lose some of that shine from regular wear and tear. Generally the culprit is microscopic dust and dirt which has been trodden into the floor underfoot. This is quite normal and is a sign that the floor would benefit from a polish and possibly a coat of sealer.
We always work as throughly and quickly as possible. It is difficult to say exactly how long it will take to clean a specific floor without knowing the size of the area to be treated. Many Marble floors in domestic settings can be treated in a day, larger buildings can take a little longer.
We will always try to treat small scratches or cracks in floors we work on. If you let us know a little about the extent of the damage we will do our best to find a solution.
The equipment we use to polish Marble flooring makes a small amount of noise but is generally not disruptive to the surrounding area. If you would prefer us to carry out our work at a specific time so as to minimise any possible disruption to your business do let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Slate is highly water resistant, but not completely waterproof when used in flooring. Grout lines are particularly vulnerable as they can absorb moisture which can then get into the subfloor, so whilst slate is hardwearing do always ensure spillages are cleaned up promptly.
Slate tiles are made up of multiple layers of rock. Sometimes these layers can weaken and pieces of slate can dislodge. This is quite normal so don’t panic, but if you feel the wear is especially bad then get in touch with our technicians to discuss your options.
Yes. A wet-look finish is a very popular choice for slate flooring and is achieved by using a specific type of sealer. If you’re interested in a specific type of finish for your floor let us know.
Yes. We would be more than happy to clean up the grout lines of your floor and ensure a quality finish.
This really depends on how much floor there is to clean. Small sections of floor can be completed in a few hours, much larger areas could take a couple of days. Get in touch with a rough estimate of the size of the area to be treated and we will let you know roughly how long it could take.
We’ve worked on hundreds of tiled floors over the years, so don’t worry if you’re not sure what type you have. Send us a picture or provide a description and we’ll identify the best solution.
This depends on a number of things including the amount of use that the floor gets and the material that the tiles are made from. Most tiled floors require professional cleaning at least once a year and it’s not unusual for floors in busy areas to require treatment several times a year. If in doubt, speak to our team.
We have a range of techniques for reducing the effects of stains on tiled floors. Whilst we can’t always promise to remove stains entirely, the vast majority of the time we can at least seriously reduce their appearance.
Yes. This usually happens when the grouting fails, so we would repair the grouting in order to secure the tiles.
This is a common problem and one that we can easily fix. Grout is more susceptible to water damage than most tiles so it is often the first place that wear and tear becomes obvious. Cleaning and repairing it is a straightforward job.
Absolutely. Wood can be a sensitive material, but with the right equipment and skills wooden floors can be cleaned and restored to a beautiful finish.
Yes. We will inspect the floor and identify the best treatment for it. We’ve worked on loads of wooden floors so you can rest assured you’re in safe hands.
Absolutely, we can varnish the floor after cleaning to provide protection and enhance the finish.
We don’t generally offer a repairs service for wooden floors, but a professional clean and restoration may well deal with the damage. We’ll always try to help, so pop us over a picture and we’ll let you know what we can do.
It depends on the size of the floor and how worn it is, small areas can sometimes be completed in a day, but we’ll need to take a look before we can really answer this. Send us over a picture or description and we’ll give you an estimate.
In homes, once or twice a year is generally sufficient. For businesses it can be a little more often since they often have to endure a great deal more wear and tear.
